Every photo in The Draw is used under the licence its author chose, or under a grant from the player who took it. If one is yours and you didn't agree — or anything else here shouldn't be — ask, and it comes down.
How to ask
Use the report link beside any photo (it's on every result screen, the hub card and the credits page), or go to the report form for a handle, a league name or anything else. Say what it is, why, and how to reach you.
What happens next
A person acknowledges every report within 48 hours. A photo we can't stand behind comes down first and gets discussed after: the file is deleted, the photo is marked removed, and nothing serves it again. A handle or a league name that crosses a line is cleared and its owner picks another.
Copyright notices
Designated agent: pending. The Draw Golf Games (POLE & Company LLC) is registering a designated agent for notices under 17 U.S.C. §512; until that designation is on file, send notices through the report form with your contact details, and they are handled on the same 48-hour clock. This page will name the agent and their address when the designation is complete.
Player photos
A photo a player uploads is used under a licence grant they accept at upload (photo licence grant (draft — pending counsel), version player-grant-v0-draft — wording pending counsel). The player can withdraw it at any time by reporting their own photo; it comes down the same way.
