Who we are
The Draw is operated by POLE & Company LLC ("we", "us"), a New Jersey limited liability company, at thedrawgolfgames.com. These terms are an agreement between you and POLE & Company LLC about using The Draw on the web and as an installed web app.
Who may play
The Draw is a general-audience service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or sign in by email. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has signed in, contact us and we will delete the account.
Accounts
Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. Your account is the email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You may play without an account; anonymous progress is stored only on your device.
The games and your content
Puzzles, scores, streaks, and share text are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Guesses you submit are stored to run the game and are not published. Do not use automated tools to play, scrape puzzle answers, or interfere with the service.
Photos, career data, and trademarks
Course photographs are used under Creative Commons or public-domain terms and are credited on the Credits page and on each puzzle's result screen; crops are made for gameplay. Career data comes from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA. Golf courses, tours, and golfers named in the games are referenced for identification only; their names and marks belong to their owners, and The Draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Takedown requests
If you believe a photograph or other content on The Draw infringes your rights, write to us with the puzzle date, the material at issue, and your contact details, and we will respond promptly. [Designated agent details — pending DMCA agent registration.]
Disclaimers and limits
The Draw is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, POLE & Company LLCis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may change the games, these terms, or stop the service at any time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using The Draw at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
